From the initial call to the final goodbye, we will listen to, and take our lead from, you. At all times, it is our duty to support you. We will give advice and make suggestions; but we will not make decisions on your behalf unless authorised by you to do so.

We will work with you to ensure that the person who has died has the ceremony that you want. We will endeavour to ensure that a bespoke and special funeral is created.

A one stop shop

There is little that we cannot achieve at Bronze Ash Funerals. As well as photography, videography, singers, décor arrangements, coffins and ministers, we can also arrange reception venues and provide catering.

Ministers

All ministers are professionally trained and able to lead the perfect funeral. We offer both religious and non-religious celebrants. If you have any specific requirements, such as a funeral held in a language other than English, we may well be able to help.

OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS

During our free consultation with you, we will be transparent in advising you of all of our costs and disbursements that you will be expected to pay for. It is important that you will be given enough information in order to make ‘informed choices’.. The amounts will only be altered if you make changes. These will include our Professional Fees, burial, cremation or repatriation.. The cost of the Coffin or Casket, Vehicles, Flowers and Order of Service Programmes. Other fees may be embalming (by choice) Church, Minister and Musicians etc. There may also be a charge for long term storage of the person who has died.

The complete invoice must be paid in cleared funds seven days before the funeral takes place. Only In the event of communication from the Department of Work and Pensions will we accept a later payment. Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer.

Bronze Ash Funerals have no interest in promoting our business by paying any third parties, neither have we made any donations to any Charities or ‘people in trusted positions’ in order to generate business.

Prior to formation, Bronze Ash Funerals were part of many organisations, Churches and other groups. Our Gifting, Talents and ultimately excellent service which continues to be executed with passion and in Love; has been the catalyst which has made room for us to grow.
